In these final days of Great Lent, the Church places before us St. Mary of Egypt—not as a distant story, but as a living witness: no fall is final, no return is refused.
This Week’s Readings
Hebrews 9:11–14
Christ enters not with the blood of another, but with His own—cleansing not just the surface, but the conscience itself.
Mark 10:32–45
As He walks toward the Cross, Christ speaks of true greatness—not in power, but in humility… not in being served, but in becoming a servant.
And alongside these, the life of St. Mary:
From a life consumed by passion to one transfigured by repentance—forty-seven years in the wilderness, not as punishment, but as healing.
There’s something quietly breathtaking here.
While we measure effort…
God meets repentance.
While we count days…
He restores souls.
All are welcome. Come and see.
